For a while now I've been busy with work and school...As well as a MASSIVE art style change.

Being an old-time gamer fan and manga-reader I've found anime to fun, but not really working towards what Sheridan College's Animation Program is looking for. So in order to better myself for my future I am currently ending my career towards anime-styled art.

What is in this gallery WILL be remaining (I can still make prints or take commissions), but it will NO LONGER be updating.

I want to take a moment to take all of those who have favorited and watched me over the years. You guys have been very supportive and great, but please feel free to visit me anytime at my new account :icon:traumallama:icon:.

I'll be doing more cartoon-hybrid style of art but I'm still the crazy person you all know and love. ^___^

So this is farewell on this gallery but I will live on in TraumaLlama, so drop by for a cup o' tea or a comment (or two)!

My internet was turned off recently so when I came on to check messages and print requests I happened to notice...

I finally hit 5000!

To think how long it's been since I started I must say thank-you to all those who watch and favorite me...And wait for me to get my animating butt to create something other than schoolwork (I'm quite glued to my pegbar right now).

I'm kinda stuck on what to produce next fanart wise so feel free to suggest.

As a 5000 Celebratory Event I'll be taking a few comissions for $5. Yes...$5! It'll be a sketch-type deally with optional base colour (minor shading).

I'm open to anything as long as it isn't a cast of characters (up to four is good). OCs, Yaoi and Yuri themes are fine, Anthro too.

Well this is getting too long so contact me asap if you want a $5 buck comission and the offer only lasts until Feb 5th so message me all you like!

After having my mac dying taking my photoshop with it...I have finally come to possess a real copy of photoshop thanks to my program.So to those I owe art to I'm terribly sorry for the long wait (I've come to want to smack technology on both our behalfs) and I'll be pumping out everything as soon as possible.

On the other note...I still have lots of Vocaloid stuffs and prints leftover from Anime North so if anyone could do me a favor and help me diminish my stock...

I'd really appreciate it (college kids need to eat too lol)~!

Buttons are on sale for 1.50 US, postcards are $3 and prints 8/11 are $5. Large 11/14 prints are now down to $7 US. It's free shipping to Canada but I have to charge $2 US to those outside of it.

Well I gotta get my butt to lifedrawing and animation class so take care everyone and I'll get my butt to work~!

As an animator and also as a western-eastern artist I wasn't surprised to hear that Anime bashing is still current in our day and age. Coconut-Theif made a very graceful point that Anime being an "easy" style or not is a matter of opinion and I fully agree. Personally after doing so many changes and evolutions for the sake of animation I can assure you any art form is going to take it's OWN challenges or even seem easier on various occassions.

I can use Western much easier than Eastern just because of the way I've developed...But even so I enjoy what I do for anime because I find it very relaxing and I can push it beyond the norms on my own terms.

There will be people who hate and bash anime all their lives but hey, let's leave them in their corners to pout. We like our art form and we have a right to our expression...If the day comes and it is legally with held from us...I trust the community will jump up to fight it full heartedly.

So let's contiune to remain supportive and ever-loving of our favorite artform~! That's the bugspray which will keep the haters away like the blackflies they are. If they come back to bite, they'll just see that they should just continue on and learn to accept that it simply will not work any longer.

So in short continue on my friends and let's enjoy our anime (it's bugspray y'know)!

Well it's back to school time for me...And to the animation tables I go!

I'm battling with OSAP over them reducing my loan (they're only covering tuition and a little bit more I guess) and so the bursary-rush begins. I've got some stuff in process that should arrive once I get my new laptop set up (going this weekend to pick out my puppy *yaaay electronics*). I've got a new set of Black Bulter/ Kuroshitsuji buttons that need to be tweeked, Loveless bookmarks and a cute chibi Grell in the works.

Thank-you very much for the watches and the favs~! I had to blink and rub my eyes at the 4k hits! I'm still open for commissions and everything you see in my gallery is currently in stock for buying, even the keychains and buttons.

So you all enjoy the last little bit of summer and have fun!

OH! One more thing...I'm interested in doing ART TRADES to get my skillz sharpened and help spread the creative love. I like working on OC's, fanart, etc and I will draw Anthro so feel free to message me...I won't bite (hard) XD.
